Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Hoppy Mustard BBQ

For the Broccoli

  • 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Hoppy Sweet Heat

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Caramelize the onions (for mash)

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add sliced onion and cook slowly over medium heat, stirring often, until deep golden brown (20–25 minutes).

Step 2: Make the mashed potatoes

  1. Boil cubed potatoes until fork tender (15–20 minutes).
  2. Drain and mash with butter and milk.
  3. Fold in caramelized onions. Season to taste.

Step 3: Roast the broccoli

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast 15 minutes until crisp-tender.
